  1. Create a new domain in the “Internet Message Formats”. This will allow you to check allow auto forwarding for the knowledgefront.com domain. NOTE: You do not need to do this step if you allow auto forward by default.

  2. Setup your new domain as follows:

  3. Create a CONTACT in your GAL with the mailive@knowledgefront.com email address.

  4. Create a SERVER SIDE rule on the client mailbox that is being used in the MAILIVE emails that looks like the following. NOTE: MAILIVE TEST is the contact that was created in Step 2.
