Lotus Setup Help

Open your Domino Directory in the Domino Administrator. Select the People and Groups tab and click Add Person in the Action Menu.

Fill out the person record, using the following as a guide. The User Name and Internet Address should be the address you configured to receive emails from Knowledgefront, for example, mailive@yourdomain.com. You also need to set the Mail System to Other Internet Mail and specify a Forwarding address of mailive@knowledgefront.com. Click Save and Close. That's it!
