This is merely a suggested setup option for returning Mailive! messages. Almost any way that a test message can be automatically sent back to mailive@knowledgefront.com should complete the round trip test. Feel free to experiment or to contact us if there are any questions.

1. From the Action menu choose New -> Contact

   

2. Fill out information for this contact

   

3. Click the Modify button to create the smtp address

   

4. Select SMTP Address from the list

   

5. Enter mailive@knowledgefront.com

   

6. Open contact we just created, select the E-mail Addresses tab

   

7. Click the New button to add a new SMTP Address for mailive@yourdomain.com This should be the name of the account Mailive! is sending test messages to.
