Alert Destinations

The system is able to deliver alerts via Email, SMS, or Voice calls to any number of destinations.

Label:: A simple description of the number or email address
Destination Type:: Email, SMS, or Voice. The method used to deliver the alert to this destination
Destination:: Email address or phone number.
Add to all alerts:: Convenience method to add this destination to all alerts defined in the system.

Destination Types

Replying STOP to any SMS message will *Permanently* stop all SMS messages to that mobile device.

To stop alerts temporarily use the Pause Alert function from any of the alert configuration pages.

US and Canada:

SMS alerts for US and Canada are sent from +1 (952) 314-5455

All other countries:

SMS alerts sent using 2sms.com and will arrive from the short code 35842

The first SMS message sent by 2sms to a new destination will be the mandatory opt-out message that looks like this:

"knowledgefront alerts. For help, knowledgefront.2sms.com or call 8772767266. StdMsgChrgsApply. Reply STOP to cancel"

This message is sent one time only.

Currently voice alerts are only available for US and Canadian numbers. Calls for voice alerts come from +1 (952) 314-5455, the same as SMS alerts.

Email alerts come from alert@knowledgefront.com. This is an unattended email address. Please use support@knowledgefront.com for questions.
