Adding the forwarding address

Add the forwarding address of mailive01@knowledgefront.com. We suggest using the 01 as a way to avoid forwarding loop detection and differentiate it from the incoming address.

Adding the forwarding address

As part of Google Mail’s security features an e-mail will be sent to the intended forwarding address with a link to verify the action. This ensures the email is valid and that it is okay with the intended recipient to forward the mail.

Knowledge Front will receive this e-mail, but you will need to contact support@knowledgefront.com and request to have the link from the email activated.

It can take several minutes for Google’s system to process the new forwarding address after the verification. Once activated it should then appear as an option for the filters when forwarding messages.

Final Filter

After following these steps it is sometimes necessary to go completely out of the settings and back in for the new forwarded address to appear under the filter configuration.

Now set the forward to mailive01@knowledgefront.com and make sure to check Delete it
