Subscriptions

Knowledge Front’s monitoring services accrue charges on a daily basis. If a monitor is removed there will be a credit for the next month, in the case of a monthly subscription, or the effective renewal date will be extended. On the other side, if a monitor is added there will be a prorated charge during the next monthly cycle, or the annual subscription will become due sooner. Annual

Yearly renewal may be done through the web site with a one-time credit card charge, or feel free to contact us and we can help over the phone.

We are also accustomed to working with purchasing departments from the smallest shop to the largest corporations and governmental organizations. Using the Request Invoice or Request Quote buttons under the subscription section of the web site (only available to the account manager) will prompt us to generate the document and send it right out. Monthly

Subscribing for monthly charges is available through the web site and is only available to the account manager (usually the account that was configured upon initial signup).

At the beginning of each month a charge for that month is made automatically on the given credit card. Any credits or prorated charges from the previous month are handled at that time.
